Camp Week 2022

July 26 - 30, 2022

This year we are so excited to have camp week at Gardner Webb. This is a weeklong experience that allows students to get outside of their normal environments and encounter Jesus. Students will engage through worship, be challenged by teachings, cultivate deep friendships in connect group and have a blast in a variety of competitions through building team work and community!

Yes! You can request up to 3 in order of priority. Please note that we cannot guarantee more than the 1st roommate request. We will try to honor all other roommate requests in the order they are listed on your registration form but cannot guarantee all of them. Students will find out at camp who their roommates will be. If you need to adjust your student’s rooming requests, please contact the Biltmore Church Students Office ASAP.

Due to the setup of the rooms at camp, we can only guarantee we will be able to honor mutual requests. This means that if Zeke requests to room with Travis and Travis requests Zeke, they will be roommates. If, however, Zeke requests Travis but Travis does not request Zeke, we will do our best to make sure they are rooming near each other but cannot guarantee they will be in the same room. If your student wants to room with someone specific, make sure they both put each other down in the roommate request section.

Absolutely! We will always guarantee that your same gender/ grade non-Biltmore friends will be in the same room as you at camp. Please email students@biltmorechurch.com to let us know!

Please document all food allergies and medical conditions on the online registration.

Students will be in charge of their own medications at camp. We will not distribute any form of medication to students.

Students may bring their cell phone or tablet to Camp Week at their own risk. Laptops are not allowed. Phones will be taken at night, once they are safely in their dorm.
