Absolutely! We will always guarantee that your same-gender/grade non-Biltmore friends will be in the same room as you at camp if they are registered under the same campus. Please make sure it is notated in the registration. Please email students@biltmorechurch.com to let us know!

Please document all food allergies and medical conditions in your online registration.

We will have nurses at camp, who will distribute medicine throughout the week. A student is not permitted to keep prescription medicine with them. Medicine must be in the original bottle with the exact amount for the week. A guardian must check in the student at camp registration with the medicine they will need for the week.

Over the past few years, we have noticed that technology has become a huge distraction for our students, taking away from what God wants to do in them and through them during camp week. There are very few opportunities our students have to become unplugged in a world that fights for their attention, innocence, and devotion. It is our desire to provide a space where they can encounter Jesus and leave with a deeper relationship with Him.

For that reason; any technology that is brought to camp will result in students being sent home

The purpose of this policy is twofold; to ensure that our students are freed up to have a week connecting with others and with Jesus. This policy also ensures that your students are not exposed to inappropriate online content from another student.

The first time a student is caught with a phone, it will be confiscated and the parent will be notified. The next time, the parent will be asked to pick up the student from Anderson University.

We will have multiple easy ways for you to stay connected with your student throughout the week:

  • There will be a group message created on the first day of camp week with your students’ leader, who will send pictures and updates throughout the week. This group message will be through the app, Telegram. Please go ahead and download this app now in preparation for camp week!
  • There will be prayer updates sent through a texting platform so that you can be actively participating in the life change during camp week. More information will be sent regarding this closer to camp

This year, we have intentionally built in teams of leaders and volunteers to provide more supervision for students throughout Camp Week:

  • Leaders will supervise a group of students throughout the week, with intentional check-ins throughout the day.
  • A safety team will help supervise students during the day and throughout the night, to ensure students are safe and secure.
  • CKM staff will be placed throughout around Anderson University campus to help students transition from one place to another.
  • Anderson University also has its own campus safety to help provide a safe and secure environment.

All students will be transported to and from camp week on Young Bus Transportation charter buses. All campuses except for our Franklin Campus will depart and return to the Arden Campus. The Franklin Campus will depart and return to the Franklin Campus.
