Camp Week 2026

July 20 - 24, 2026

We are excited to partner with Crossroads Summer Camp for Camp Week 2026 at Anderson University! This weeklong experience is designed to help rising 6th–12th graders step away from their normal routines and step into an environment where they can encounter Jesus in a real and personal way.

Throughout the week, students will worship passionately, sit under gospel-centered teaching, and process what God is doing in their lives through connect groups. Along the way, they’ll build life-giving friendships, grow in confidence, and experience the kind of community every student is longing for.

And of course……..it’s camp! Students will have an absolute blast with high-energy activities, competitions, and unforgettable moments that build teamwork, unity, and lasting memories.

Our prayer is that this week wouldn’t just be fun, it would be formative. A week that God uses to deepen faith, strengthen identity in Christ, build biblical community. When camp ends, we want students to come home on fire for Jesus, continuing to grow and ready to share their faith and live differently because of what God has done.

All students will be transported to and from camp week on Young Bus Transportation charter buses. All campuses except for our Franklin Campus will depart and return to the Arden Campus. The Franklin Campus will depart and return to the Franklin Campus.

We believe every student should have the opportunity to attend camp and experience biblical teaching, worship, and meaningful community—regardless of financial circumstances. Camp scholarships are available to help remove financial barriers so students can participate.

Scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our church family and are intended to be used with integrity, gratitude, and wise stewardship.

Scholarships are limited and will be awarded based on:

  • Availability of scholarship funds
  • Demonstrated need
  • Timeliness of application submission

All scholarships are confidential. You can fill out a scholarship at biltmorechurch.com/scholarship. Our staff will be in communication with you after the form is completed.

Check out our Scholarship policy here.

We recognize that phones can be helpful at camp—for communication, photos, and staying connected. At the same time, our desire is for students to be fully present with God and fully engaged with one another.

This policy is designed to create a focused, distraction-limited environment while still allowing appropriate access to communication when needed

🎯 Our Goal

To help students:

  • Engage fully in worship, teaching, and group conversations
  • Build meaningful, in-person relationships
  • Have access to essential communication without digital distractions

📱 Should My Student Bring a Phone?

The decision to bring a phone is left to each parent/guardian.

We strongly encourage students not to bring a phone, allowing them to fully unplug and engage in the camp experience.

If your student does not bring a phone:

  • They will always have access to contact you through staff or leaders
  • Parents will be provided with a contact number for a staff member at any time

🧱 If Your Student Brings a Phone

All students who bring a phone will be required to use the Brick App.

This allows:

  • Continued access to calls and text messaging
  • Limited access to apps and internet usage
  • A more focused and appropriate digital environment

What the Brick App Does

  • Restricts social media, gaming, browsers, and streaming platforms
  • Maintains communication tools (calls, text, location services if enabled)
  • Supports a distraction-limited and safety-conscious environment

If a student is not following the technology policy, staff may hold the phone for a period of time. If a student is using their phone to send, share, post, or record anything of inappropriate nature, it may result in them being dismissed from camp.
