Night To Shine is a prom event designed for teens and adults ages 14 and older with special needs. At Biltmore Church, it’s our privilege and passion to serve the special needs community - and we look forward to giving our honored guests the royal treatment at Night To Shine on Friday, February 7th, 2025!

In 2025, Night To Shine will take place on Friday, February 7th, and the main event will take place from 6-9pm. This year, Night To Shine will celebrate its 11th anniversary as thousands of people come together around the world to celebrate!

The location for Night To Shine in 2025 is at Biltmore Church Arden Campus in Arden, North Carolina. The address is 35 Clayton Road, Arden, NC 28704

Night to Shine is open to anyone 14 and older with special needs.

All guest parking, group or individual, will be in the parking lot of the Arden campus.

Guests at Night To Shine will enjoy a variety of activities, including a beauty bar and shoe-shining stations, karaoke, dinner, dancing, and more. Best of all, each of our honored guests will enjoy the 1-on-1 care of an assigned “buddy” as their host throughout the evening!

If a wheelchair is needed for the honored guest, they will need to bring their own.

There are two ways to serve at Night to Shine: Support Volunteer and Buddy.

A support volunteer can serve in the areas of Hair/Makeup, Hair/Shoe Shine, Sensory Room, Flowers, Check-In, Welcome/Greeter, Floater, or Dance Floor.

A buddy will accompany and assist their assigned honored guest throughout the evening, providing companionship and assistance throughout the evening!

Any student age 14 and up will need a Student Pastor or Ministry Leader reference to serve at Night to Shine in a support role. Students who are 16 and older with a Student Pastor or Ministry leader reference can serve as a buddy for the evening. After students register, they will receive further direction on how to submit the reference needed.

Yes! We want to honor you as parents, family members, and caretakers of your honored guest for your lifetime commitment to caring for them! We’d like to provide a catered meal for you to say thank you!
