Summer Serve is a churchwide serving initiative that takes place during the month of August. This is an opportunity to serve schools as they prepare for the new year, meet unique community-specific needs, and seek the welfare of Western North Carolina.

Summer Serve is August 1st for Hendersonville Campus and August 8th for all other campuses.

Each site was assigned to a specific Biltmore Church campus based on proximity, with few exceptions. While we encourage everyone to serve at a site near their Biltmore campus, they have freedom to serve wherever they’d like.

Each individual is responsible for registering themselves to serve at a site. Connect group leaders are able to sign up their connect group if needed. To register visit https://www.biltmorechurch.com/summerserve.

Please register everyone who is able to make a contribution while serving. For kids, please register them if they are in grade school and up.

After you register to serve, your site coordinator will email you with a list of projects you’ll be working on. You will be responsible for keeping up with your own supplies & tools. We encourage you to bring a water bottle and bug spray if you’re working outside.

You can purchase a backpack online at https://www.biltmorechurch.com/summerserve. We partner with School box to provide backpacks to students in need across Western North Carolina. After purchasing the backpack online, they will be delivered to the Central offices to be distributed to schools.

We encourage everyone to register as soon as possible so we can have an accurate assessment of who is serving where. However, we will allow walk ups, if you are a walk up we ask that you still register yourself.
