Terms of Donation

• The Donor understands that this vehicle is being donated "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees regarding its condition.
• The Donor affirms that they hold clear title to the vehicle and have the right to transfer ownership.
• The Donor understands that the donation is made freely with no expectation of payment or services in return.
• The Donor is responsible for determining the vehicle’s fair market value or any tax deduction eligibility with the assistance of a tax professional.
• The Church agrees to issue the Donor an acknowledgement for the vehicle donation for tax purposes upon receipt of the vehicle.
