“How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” -Romans 10:14-15

Today’s Prayer

Heavenly Father,
You’ve said that the harvest is plentiful,
but the laborers are few.
I look at the world around me,
my family, my friends, my neighbors,
and I see so many who are lost,
I see so many who are broken.
Only You have the power to save them.
Today I ask You to send me out,
With the good news of Jesus.
Give me holy opportunities as I go,
To tell of Your great love and mercy,
and to accomplish your mission.
Give me a heart of compassion
For Your lost and wayward sheep.
I approach You as a humble servant,
and I’m ready for assignment.
