Make me to know your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long. -Psalm 25:4–5

Today’s Prayer

Heavenly Father,
Your ways are higher than my ways,
Your thoughts are higher than my thoughts.
Give me the humility to trust only in You,
to look to You for my deepest longings.
In Your grace, teach me Your ways,
show me the path I must walk.
In a world of lies, lead me in the truth.
In all the world, there is no one like You,
no one who cares for me the way You do.
You have chosen me, saved me, redeemed me,
You have poured on love and mercy on me,
so I will wait patiently for You,
I will gladly wait all day if I must.
